2015 Aesthetic TRENDS

2015 Aesthetic TRENDS

The aesthetic industry is perpetually looking for ways to offer patients optimum results with minimal drawbacks. Nowadays, men and women want to look their best without having to take a week off or spend too much money. 2014 has been yet another amazing year for the non-invasive treatments we offer at Medi-Sculpt, in particular those that offer facial rejuvenation or enhance skin condition.

My patients have also been showing an increasing interest in body contouring procedures that also improve the appearance of cellulite. I personally believe that 2015 will take the non-surgical anti-ageing procedures to the next level and will provide patients with new innovative ways and techniques to look their best, for longer. 2015 will bring many successes and breakthroughs for aesthetic medicine and will truly showcase what can be achieved without resorting to heavy surgeries.

→This year already, many patients have been requesting non-invasive procedures that mimic the results of surgeries such as facelift, rhinoplasty or liposuction and have been thrilled to find out that thanks to the expert and ever-evolving use of injectables and other devices such as the VelaShape II, it is now possible to obtain amazing results in no time, without going under the knife or breaking the bank!

At Medi-Sculpt, we offer cheek, nose and chin augmentation using dermal fillers. These procedures are quick, do not involve recovery time and the results are not only long-lasting but also immediate.  I just know that clients are going to love these even more next year!

→Still on the topic of injectables, I believe that combining products is going to be really big in 2015. Throughout 2014, we received many requests for our famous liquid facelift which combines the use of Botulinum Toxin and dermal fillers and that I strategically inject in various areas to tighten and plump up facial features in a single session. The outcome is always dramatic while remaining completely natural and my patients love how much younger, sculpted and symmetrical their face looks. Of course, the results are not as long-lasting as those of a surgical facelift but remember that by keeping wrinkles at bay with yearly maintenance treatments, you are making sure that you will never have to know what a surgical facelift is like!

Moving forward, the aesthetic trends are all about prevention and avoiding the problem in the first place instead of fixing it. Indeed, I believe in smaller, multiple treatments spread out throughout the year rather than heavy procedures once in a blue moon.

Subcision, the latest in skincare innovation has made a big impact in the way I treat acne at Medi-Sculpt and I know that its popularity will keep growing in 2015! This new technique effectively treats many different types of acne scars. Combining this treatment with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers offers my patients superb acne-treatment results that are predictable and safe. →Last but not least, we have been tackling yet another notoriously hard to treat body problem this time: cellulite! 2015 will be the year of the curves but it is the cellulite that you will get to say goodbye to! Our VelaShape II has been giving our patients incredible results. Find out how it works right here

What do you think of my 2015 predictions? What have you tried this year? What are you impatient to discover next year? I would love to hear your thoughts! I, for one, cannot wait to see what the next few months hold and which new trends will emerge and blow us away!
