How does VelaShape work?
VelaShape ll uses combined energies known as elos to precisely target and heat fatty tissues within the treated area. Additionally, the vacuum and tissue manipulation evens out skin to reveal a smoother, tighter figure.
What body areas can velashape treat?
VelaShape ll can treat body areas such as thighs and buttocks. The two applicators, VSmooth and VContour available on the VelaShape ll device are designed for both large and small body areas, making the treatment safe and effective for all kind of areas.
How quickly will I notice a change after the Velashape treatment?
Gradual improvements in the smoothness, firmness and tightness of the treated area can be seen right after the first treatment with VelaShape II. Results in circumference and cellulite reduction will be most apparent 6-8 weeks following the final treatment session.
How many centimetres can I reduce from my circumference?
In clinical trials, the average range of circumferential reduction was 1-3 centimetres after the treatment.

Are velashape treatments safe?
The VelaShape II treatment is safe and effective for all skin types and colours. There are no reported short or long-term side effects.
Does the velashape treatment hurt?
Most patients find the VelaShape ll treatment comfortable – like a warm deep tissue massage. The treatment is designed to accommodate your sensitivity and comfort level. It is normal to experience a warm sensation for a few hours post treatment. Your skin may also appear red for several hours.
How will I feel after the treatment?
The treated skin area could feel a bit tighter right after the treatment. It is normal to have an inner heated sensation for up to a few hours post treatment. In some cases, mild redness can be observed.
How do I improve and maintain the results?
Following your complete treatment regime, it is recommended to receive maintenance treatments periodically. Like all non-surgical or surgical techniques, results will last longer if you follow a balanced diet and exercise regularly.
How many treatments are recommended?
I recommend you have one treatment per week for six weeks.
